How do I start a meeting?
Log in and click Start Meeting on your dashboard. A meeting link is generated immediately and you're taken straight into the meeting room.
How do I join a meeting without an account?
Open the meeting link the host shared. If the host hasn't required an account, you'll be asked for your name and can join right away.
How does the waiting room work?
If the host enabled it, you'll see "Please wait, the host will let you in" after joining. The host can admit or deny each request from their participant panel.
Why did my video quality suddenly drop?
NEXORA's Low Bandwidth Mode automatically reduces video quality when it detects a weakening connection, so your audio and meeting don't drop entirely. You'll see a notification when this happens, and quality is restored automatically once your connection improves.
Can I lock a meeting once everyone has joined?
Yes — as the host, use the Lock Meeting control in the meeting sidebar. No one else can join with the link while it's locked.
What happens when I reach the Free plan's 50-minute limit?
The meeting ends at 50 minutes on the Free plan. Basic and above remove the duration limit entirely.
