Last updated: draft — not yet reviewed by counsel.
To create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password — never the password itself. Your profile also stores a timezone and language preference, which you can change at any time.
To run a meeting, we store the meeting title, schedule, and settings you choose (such as whether a password or waiting room is enabled). Guests who join without an account are recorded only by the display name they enter.
During a meeting, we store participant join/leave times, connection state, and meeting chat messages for the duration they’re relevant to the meeting.
We don’t collect more than we need to run the product. We don’t sell your data to third parties, and we don’t use meeting content to train models without your explicit, separate consent.
Account and meeting data is used to operate the service: authenticating you, running meetings, enforcing the limits of your plan, and providing customer support when you ask for it.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data. Deleting your account removes your profile and future access to meetings you hosted; some records (like billing history, where applicable) may be retained as required by law.
Meeting chat and session records are retained for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period afterward, unless you request earlier deletion.

This is a draft policy describing the product as designed. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and should be before NEXORA is used to process real user data in production.
